LX-WT100
- The equipment is mainly used for 90° flat ports above DN32.
- It can simply open a hole (square, round, oval) in the middle of the pipe, such as a drawing hole in a tee.
- The equipment has a flat port slag removal function.
Precise Cutting Range
The machine can handle a wide range of pipe diameters from DN15 (21.3 mm) to DN100 (115 mm) and wall thicknesses from 2-10 mm, allowing it to cut various elbow types like Type 2 (r = 1.0 x da) and Type 3 (r = 1.5 x da).
Versatile Material Capabilities
The machine can cut elbow pipe fittings made from a variety of materials including stainless steel, inconel, hastelloy, monel, nickel alloy, titanium, copper-nickel, duplex steel, super duplex steel, and carbon steel to various applicable standards like DIN 2605 and DIN 86090.
Smooth and Burr-free Cutting
The laser cutting process produces clean, smooth, and burr-free cuts on the elbow pipe fittings without the need for any coolant or sawblades, reducing post-processing requirements.
Integrated Safety and Efficiency
The machine features a noise-reducing safety cabin with integrated fume extraction to meet high-speed laser cutting safety and environmental standards, as well as a special de-slag function for cleaning the inner wall of the cut elbows.
