Specialised for round tubes - fast, steady and accurate
This equipment is specialised in round pipe cutting, suitable for pipes with a diameter of 15-85mm and a length of 12,000mm or less. Cutting directly for 20mm thickness of 1.05mm stainless steel tube only 0.8s each time.
Speed empowers production
5-10 times faster than common laser tube cutters. 10 hours can cut 30,000-40,000 6 metre tubes.
Fully automatic feeding system
Fully independently developed automatic feeding system. Just lift the raw materials into the storage rack in batches to realize the whole process of hoisting the materials to the storage position→automatic loading→automatic feeding→automatic cutting→automatic blanking.
